I am holding an sbi savings account at rohini sector-3/7 branch delhi.. Since last 2 years, they are charging maintenance of 2 atm card annually. Last year i raised a written complaint to the branch on 23rd march-2017and i forgot to follow-up the issues due to some other stress.
I called customer care exe manjuly today, they are saying sorry this charges won’t be reversible if it’s not your mistake.
I remember, last year’s back my card was damaged and i asked for re-issue for a new card. They reissued and kept the old card in active still. I try to inform them that i didn't ask you for an "add on card" i asked you for a "reissue" due to card damage. It means, it's your duty to deactivate the old one and issue a new one. They haven't do that and also they don't want to talk about the charges they debited for the last two years.
