Here i wish to complaint that i have been using the sbi credit card since 2019.
i have raised the request for reversal of charges on 21/05/2021 and I have not received any call from the customer care and I have tried several time to reach the customer card but could not connect, it is almost 10days but still my issue is not resolved yet.
I am using SB credit card from last 3years.
and they did not explain about the charges when I took the credit card.
when they offer me the card, I said I don't want a credit card,
But they forced me to take a credit card, saying that the offers were good for you.
I took the card myself in 2019 and since then I have been charged Rs. 19613 as finance charges, late payment fee, annual fee, . etc..
It is very painful to be a central government organization and deduct so many charges in this pandemic, without at least helping the people.
On the one hand, if people in the country losing their jobs due to this lockdown and die of malnutrition, on the other hand, you are cutting charges.
This is my humble request you to please reverse my funds as an exceptional case.
