State Bank Of India [SBI] — Check denied to withdraw

I received a check from DEUTSCHE BANK Bangalore, IFSE- DEUT0797BGL of Rs. 100, Dated[protected], CHECK No.- 472072.
I submited the Check on[protected] to the Home Branch (Branch Code- 6544) of Jamtara Bazar Branch. But they denied to withdraw it.
So I am unable to understand the reason why I was denied? And if Bank will deny for doing the Bank related work then where the customer will go? Shall I through the check as the Bank is not accepting it?

I am diposite cash in cdm machine but not credit my account than I was contact the bank manager but not response so I refuse please help me
