State Bank Of India [SBI] — check your account utr:ciubh [protected] issued on 05 aug 2017

A sum of approximately rs 2, 00, 000/- was required to be credited into my sb a/c no [protected] maintained in sbi tagore garden new delhi due to cancellation of admission of son vishal chandel with srm university.

2. The srm university has replied on 24 aug 2017 as under :-

Sbi should check the whereabouts of this utr issued on 05 aug 2016, if received why not credit into my account. If there is any fault it should have been reported back for correction. Why customer will suffer?
