State Bank Of India [SBI] — cheque book not issued in spite of so many requests

Respected sir,

I had done cheque book request so many times in sbi manjalpur darbar chowkadi branch but due to some system issue bank was not able to issue cheque book.

Now i have stoped all the transaction with this branch. Even they dont help to close account.
