State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cheque not deposited in my AC no [protected]

I have deposited a cheque no 000012 on date 9/5/17 amount rs 300/- of bank of baroda. I deposited the cheque in sbi bhopalganj bhilwara code 31094.

I have communicated with branch several times but they are not responding to my complaint.
Please take necessary action.
