I was using BPCL Card ending 9041 and it was closed way back in August 2023. But still it is not closed in CIBIL.
I have been sending emails to SBI Card Customer Care since 6 months but they have not bothered to resolve issue. They just sent an email that my CIBIL is correct.
Even their social media team has not responded toy complaint for more than 3 months.
I don't want a Card to reflect as Open and spoil my CIBIL Score for their mistake. Please ask them to expedite the CIBIL update process and not to argue with me that they are wrong. I have ample proof of thier.mistake and still they are adamant.
I have lost lots of better cards and loans due to their pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
