Complaint marked as Resolved I visited the SBI Service Manager 3 to 4 times and then got the work done.
At first he resent my details for verification. It did not work.
He sent my details for verification again for second time, it did not work.'
Then third time he took a fresh application from me with all my details and got the entire process done from scratch.
He and his colleague helped me a lot and got my work done.
Service Manager name is Mr. Debdas Dey. I do not know the name of his lady colleague who got all the paperwork and uploading done.
I opened my account on 7th April 2021 and I could finally use my account on 12th May 2021.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
