State Bank Of India [SBI] — Complain about Worst Card of SBI

I booked an order from Amazon from my SBI Prepaid Utsav card No . XXXX XXXX XXX7 6215 on 20 Jan 21 and cancelled same day. Refund process from Amazon Completed on 25Jan21 . Till date no amount credited to my Card or my account. SBI Customer care is not raising complain against this amount inspite of giving all details including Refund Reference Number. Plz help me to get my refund. Amazon refund status is attached herewith...
