State Bank Of India [SBI] — Complaint against an employee Bahadur Singh for dealing consumers rudely and abusing occasionally

My father brij lal gurjar (Old accountee) went to sbi brahmbad for having a joint account with my mother 3 days continously. An employee bahadur singh behaved rudely and forced other employees no to do his work. My parents (69 & 68 yrs) felt very sad and swayed me not to go to this branch till bahadur singh is there. Because of being a local temporary employee, behaving rudely and using abusive language is a regular practice of him. A favourable action is requested.
