Subject – Mental Harrasment and lack of services by branch manager.
Sir,
I am working as class - 1 officer in Sri guru granth sahib world university, fatehgarh sahib. I am head of establishment branch in th university. I have been associted with bank since 2013 when the branch was opened in the university campus as State Bank of Patiala. My account no is [protected]. I have been using various services of the bank like fixed deposit, salary account, credit card, cpf account, ppf account and over draft facility.
The previous manager used to take extran pains to satisfy the customers in all grevience handling. After the previous manger was tranferd and new manger/current manager Mr Rps Bajaj has taken over as branch head, all the services provided to us are in turmoil. In the recent case of his high handedness and arrogant behavoiur regarding my overdraft facility / limit, he has created lot of mental stress and agony for me. When I was on vacation with relatives and friends to south india.
The branch manger forced me to sign of overdraft / limit facility papers with the false promises that he will create limit of rs 94000 / and I can go on vacation without any hastels. But to my shock and surprise I found that the limit has not been created by bank manager. He even did not bother to inform me about the same. Bacause of careless attitude by branch manager I had to feel sorry in front of all my friends and relatives because unsufficent cash. I had to borrow from my relatives for payment of expensies of my vacation which ammounts to Rs 70000 /.
The matter does not finish here and on my telephonic request to branch manager from south india, he again assured me that he can make limit of 40000 / but he never did it. He did not even bother to inform me.
Even my credit card payment amount approx 23000/ and due date is 29.06.2017. there is no money left in my account. I want to know that who is going to give me late payment charges of the said amount. I also want to know that when I have submitted all my documents then why money was not tranfered. Who is going to take responsibility for the same the bank manager or bank higer authority / the bank.
Please look in to the matter urgently and remove my grevience and take Justice.

Dear Sir
I took a car loan of Rs 2, 00, 000 from SBI Deepa Toli Branch in the month of sep'2010. The duration of the loan is 84 months.I have been paying the installment of Rs 3196 without fail any installment. However the bank has deducted the amount of Rs 10950. on[protected] in addition with the installment for the same month.
I also met the Branch manager Mr. M.K. Sinha on[protected] and requested to transfer such money to my Saving A/c but he refused to do so and threaten me that your account would be NPA.
I therefore request you to kindly help me as early as possible so that i could pay the tuition fee on time.
