I would like to complaint regarding employee (M/S Urvi Rana, Relationship manager). She called me yesterday (08.05.18) to update my KYC, whichever i already submitted in my saving account or as per central govt. employee account. I came in strong sun light (42 degree temperature) at SBI branch, but she talked to me about only to get credit card. Is it the good way to offering credit card? She troubled me because i was on on duty (central government ) and called me to come same day and submit your KYC. She filled a one KYC form temporarily to showing me because she didn't filled e mail Id in particular column and not affix my photograph.
Kindly take necessary action whereby she or any staff do not bothered me in future. Was this information helpful? |
