Hi,

I have applied for sbi - simplysave credit card and didn't receive the card yet. But i received the monthly statement. How is this possible?

And i have tried to customer care number as well but nobody responded and executive didn't pick my call.

I have received call from sbi on daily basis for insurance but they didn't listen this problem.

Please do the needful otherwise i will complaint regarding this.

    For 5 month physical account statement they charged 708 rupees but refused to sign and stamp on statement because he said he tired and tell to anybody we dont care see this type of manager in kumaraswamy layout branch sbi
    They took 708 rupees but not given valued statement they just gave me print out from netbanking. That i can take from my end for 12 rupees why we paid 708 that huge amount for 22 pages? See this type og cheating going on sbi biggest uneducated stafs and manager is childish he always talk with his girlfriend and not taking care of customers

    I raised lot of times complaint regarding this issue but sbi closing my complaint without attending. See how frauds they are.

    If sbi peoples really wanted money then beg with me by holding my legs then i will give them but i dont like frauds and cheaters.

    You peoples are eaten our valuable money.

    Revert back our valuable money that you peoples are not given valued service to me for 708 rupees.

      There has been two payments on my credit card no [protected] for Rs.66.16 to some amvets online donations Lanham us twice the same amount has been charged on my above mentioned credit card today 17/04/2018. This transaction has not been done by me. I would therefore request to kindly block my card and issue me another card.I have already registered my complaint at the customer care desk.Kindly refund the amounts to my card account.

        It is seen since last few days that maximum no of atms in bhubaneswar not having cash but ATMs are staying opened. if there is no cash then those ATMs should be kept Sutter down. people searching for cash in this hot climate in different ATMs but returning without getting. at least don't let people to waste there valuable time in parking vehicle and searching here and there.. it should be looked into with seriously

          Having the best of reputation across the country, this has been the banking partner for my family more than 10 years. However the saibaba colony branch located in coimbatore city, Tamil Nadu has given me and my mother a painful experience in allotting loan despite all documents being submitted on time. The branch manager named Meenakshi is one of the worst kind such a bank can afford to recruit. The mentality of this person is to treat only the Rich and aristocrats with respect but the middle class with cheap and rude behavior. My mother being a heart patient had been following up with manager Meenakshi for past three to four months and she has cornered and denied explainations for the delay to my illiterate mother with technical English words. Now having lost all the hopes I sincerely condemn this rude behavior of this lady and seek for some attention from the bank officials. Such incidents have made us to a mental state that these banks are for aristocrats and not for struggling middle class family because of such people who spoil the reputation of such a respectable bank.

          Now my deadline for paying fees is over and I am denied few facilities in the college due to defaulter. Still pinning my hopes somewhere on this bank.

            I have honour to state that I withdrawn ₹10000/ through Aadhar no on 13 mar 18 from allahabad mini branch, baurva saidpur ghazipur which base branch code is -0211999 and cash not dispense but 10000/ deducted from my account with transaction ref no[protected] .I am holding my a/c no-[protected] and CIF No-[protected] in sector 31 C Chandigarh branch code-05864.
            I further talk to SBI customer care so many time then I am able to lodge a complaint in SBI customer care with ticket no-[protected] on 26 mar 2018 but still my complaint is pending.
            Therefore I request you to take further action to refund my amount.

Cards and they declared that book my show transactions are done after sending otp to my mobile number.in my intimation mail to sbi i clearly mentioned that without my authorisation and without receiving otp these transactions took place. So today i complained to cyber crime police station, cyberabad, hyderabad. Copy is enclosed for your kind perusal. The police told me that these transactions were done internationally and not in india. But why sbi management declare that these are done by me and ask for payment. I have been regular in payments and never defaulted record can be checked. Yet why sbi cards mgmt declare that these are done by me. Their service and attitude are very bad without looking into the matter and diagnosing problem sbi declared these are done by me. I request your good selves pls. Do correspondence with them and ask ip address where transactions have taken place and then ascertain. I request that the above are treated as not my liability since not done by me. Thank you for creating this forum to solve the problems of people like me

                  on 205.2018 i received a mail from [email protected] mentioned following things While we try to do our best to resolve the dispute at the earliest, we request you to bear with us in the interim. We request you to take note of the following important points: a) All transaction disputes are resolved as per the VISA/MasterCard guidelines. We will keep you updated on the status of this dispute as well as any further requirements. b) You are advised to remit payment toward the disputed transaction amount to avoid levy of charges on the card account c) The same will be settled post completion of the investigation. In case of resolution of the dispute in favor of the cardholder, any charges levied on the disputed transaction during the period of investigation will be reversed. after i gave complaint to you, one day some body made a call to me saying that he was from SBI.I said yes.after that the call was cutoff from other end.I thought had it been real, he would have asked me some questions.The number was deleted as the call log was lengthy.Every day anonymous calls come to me asking credit cards from different banks.So any official call i have not received so far with regards to above transactions. I request you to look into my complaints and solve my problem by detecting who used my card and the credit amount may be waived

                  My complaint remains still unsolved.When I complained to police they said that these transactions were done internationally.I did not receive any OTP to my mobile number for the above transactions.Yet the SBI cards management says that i am liable to pay the amount.How is it justice that i am liable since these transactions were done internationally.I humbly request the consumers forum to follow up with SBI credit cards management and reverse the above transactions.The necessary attachments like correspondence with SBI, copy of complaint given to police were attached earlier.

                  I request you to solve my problem as stated above.It has been pending for long time.Further, The SBi credit cards are sending messages to me to pay the above amount with interest.If it is not solved they go on charging interest and ask me to pay the entire amount.All the transactions are fraudulent.Copy of acknowledgment of police complaint also attached to you for reference.Please take action.No body from SBI credit cards spoke to me till now in this regard.I once again request you to take action.You as institution can demand for resolving the issue.They are not hearing my words for my appeal that they are fraudulent and find out who did this

On 26/02/2018 deducted 147.50 Rupees two times from my account for Debit ATM Annual Fee. I don't know why you cut two times the same. Please refund my amount 147.50 as early as possible.

My father is in critical condition and manager is not withdrawing money due to which we are facing a big problem. Please help asap.

                    Hi,

                    I am using sbi credit card for so long, and have been making payments on or before time. For the past couple of months i am not able to make payment on time, but still managing to put some amount. Now i have a question from you people how come you people can even dare to come to my place, and threaten my family members for that. When you have to sell your cards then you use sugar coated words, and in case customer's payment get delay due to some reason then you show your true colors.

                    More than 100 times your collection department people called at my place and threaten my mother, five times your executive from collection department came at my place without any prior notice. What do you people think we people take your cards, and due to some reason if payment is not made, you will threaten this way, then i can lodge a police complaint under section 506 for such behavior of your recovery agents. I won't even mind to lodge the same complaint to commissioner of police, or lodge a case in delhi high court. I have all your recorded conversations, all harassment done till date. The mental torture which you people have done on my mother till now, i have doctor's certificate as well for that.

                    If next time you people will come to my place or threaten me or my family then you will face collateral damages.
                    I am making payment slowly, and you better don;t even dare to repeat this # again. Next time my lawyer will approach you for the same.

                        I have linked my adhaar with my bank account and my lpg distributor also. But npci records showing adhaar is inactive. I had asked many times in my bank and they said they had done from their side and updated my adhaar with my linked bank account, but its not updated from npci. Due to this i am not getting gas subsidiary in to my linked bank account.
                        Kindly seeding my aadhar in npci records to get the subsidy.

                          State bank of india, howly branch, less no of employees are present, they remains absent most of days, also during working hour, they don't do their works and roams here and there, and when a costumer wants to know something, they shows their rude behaviour and says come later on. It happened with me also, i want to know about status of my atm, when i approached there, they are too rude and asked me to come later on. I am a doctor, what do they think of themself, don't the customers have other things to do??? Please sbi higher officials, please do something or otherwise lot of people like me will switch to another bank without hesitation. Thanks

                            I am a sbi account holder and uses sbi master card. I have tried to withdraw money from various atm in my area in delhi. There is a cash crunch in my area. But the stark thing is bank was deducting rs23.60/- in the name of insufficient balance in the atm.

                            My complaint how sbi can charge its customer for the transaction which was declined due to insufficient balance in the atm. The case is simply of loot because most of the atm does not flash about unavailability of cash. Its like a trap to milk money.

                            This is a general complaint so i am not putting my specific details.

                              Hi, i have submitted one cheque by vodafone in sbi. But after 15 days sbi return the cheque to my by saying it is not cleared in written. But they are not saying the exact reason. They are saying reason 41.

                              Vodafone is saying they have issued correct cheque with no problem & asking for exact reason.

                              Cheque is bounce but sbi not telling the exact reason

                                Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 1058 rupees was successfully processed on 3 april 2018 to my account by amazon india. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I would like to inform you that I tried depositing some amount (Rs. 700) in the CDM machine, and as I clicked the confirm button after entering the amount, the server crashed, and received a TRANSACTION TIMEOUT receipt.
                                  My money’s gone, and I don’t know what to do. I was trying to deposit this money, so that I can transfer it to other account in which I’m getting debit messages everyday due to low balance!...

                                  My credit card ending with 7101 and 4714 SBI has given facility for balance transfer with rate of interested per month and processing fee but now there are collecting additional finance charges when I spoke there customer care there are playing with word
                                  They are cheating this should be circulated in all Public

                                    I deposited rs 34500 cash through sbi cdm machine on 14 april morning around 9 am in sbi cdm sigra, varanasi. But machine showed some error message after accepting my amount within the cdm. Then i checked account also after 30 hrs, but amount not credited in account. Plz do necessary action

                                      I forgot my online sbi internet banking password and wanted to reset it and the new password sent to my home address. For this i needed to do my aahaar linking of mu sbi account. The branch where my account is far from my home so i requested that them to let me do it at another sbi branch near my home. They didn't agree to that. I had to go to that branch. Next i needed to reset the internet banking password. I raised an online request to reset and dispatch the password. The online system says it the request has been accepted and the password will be sent in 2 weeks. The password never came. Since then i have raised the password reset and dispatch request 3 times and haven't heard anything from them yet.
