State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card cancel

Dear sir/madam,

I want to cancel my tata credit card. Kindly let me know the procedures or send me contact mail id or number.

As there is many unwanted charges which are not be added in the bill.
While taking the card you guys tell many things but now charging lot.
This is a kind of making money from the people.
