Sunil kumar bhoi, the branch manager of duggirala branch. He was recently changed another branch. But he was not supposed to me. He didn't know the customer satisfaction and field officer sai babu also soooo irritating me. He will doesn't handle the customer. Finally they both performance is none. I have loss my patiency. So please solve my apology as soon as possible thank you

Dear SBI, I found my account incurred a charge of 115 Rs for branch change (happened last year).And the pathetic things does not end here you have collected the charges and not changed my branch yet.Please refund this amount to my SBI account.
