It was a very disgusting experience having a communication with SBI customer care. I was repeated my call for 10 TIMES, and each of the person I need to explain repeteadly my concern, and the same persons who attended my calls having the same lines, it's like they memorize the lines what they need to answer to the clients . I was very disappointed with the service. It is not useful at all. To think that India isms the center IT, so they must be more advance than we ever think. AND ALSO sorrgvto mention all the person whom I was spoke with doesn't know anything. I really don't know how they are sitting and taking clients concern and just taking for granted. It's really bad experience, for more than an hour guiding me to follows several steps then at last, they just said, THEY CANNOT ABLW TO HELP ME WITH MY QUERIES. Unbelievable!!! NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. WAKE UP AND TRY TO MAKE YOUR SERVICE EASIER ...NOT MAKE MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS BECOME CRAZIER. IT'S ALRAEDY 2018 YOUR TECHNOLOGY STILL BELONGS TO 1950'S. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE NOT AWARE AND NOT ALERT. SOME OF THEM ARE RUDELY SPEAKING. SBI CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT HEAD, YOU NEED TO DO SOME ACTION IN THIS .
