I need your urgent action on this. I have paid 1512.75/- for two times through Dena Bank Debit Card. Both time payment deducted from my account but Payment status shows Failed.

Not able to reach the SBI customer care. I tried reaching the number[protected]. But the number is always engaged. It is quite frustrating. I have already sent many email to customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in as mentioned in the passport seva site. But absolutely no response.

Now its more than one and half month but till date i have not got any refund from SBI and no response from them. I have to apply for passport urgently but without refund amount i can't do.
Please look into this matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.

I was applied passport through a online and transaction through by my brother sbi debit card Rs 1500 on date (26/3/17) it transfer to be failed but my cash to debit. Again I do transaction Rs 1500 on date (8/4/17) it has been done
