I have opened my SBI account through SBI kiosk in Kolkata in the Salkia, Howrah branch. My debit card was issued through the machine in the kiosk. I lost my debit card after a few years as my wallet was stolen and I went to my branch to get a new debit card issued. They said I don't have an account there and hence will not issued a debit card. On the second visit, they said I have an account there and I already have a debit card so another card will not be issued. I told them that my card has already been blocked but they didn't agree. So, I don't have a debit card now.
