I have opened a current account ( FCRA) in New Delhi Main Branch State bank of India. It took two months for them to open the account and now after everything is done, I cannot transfer my funds in to my local account. How annoying and time wasting this bank is. Their FCRA a staff ( private employees just recruited for opening account) they were very professional and swift, but the bank staff ( permanent employees) are very lethargic and unprofessional.
Their complaint redressal system is ridiculous, none of the phone numbers of the bank ever work. Was this information helpful? |
