State Bank Of India [SBI] — Debit of Rs. 11.50 12 times saying surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd-

I have not made any payment as on today's date but am receiving a alert msg of deduction of Rs. 11.50 again and again. Am not in town and cannot visit my home branch immediately. Please clarify the above deductions. I have read every charges schedule but no where it mention that Rs. 11.50 will be deducted on this transaction. I need immediate help regarding the above as Rs. 138 in total is as of now is been deducted. What i need to do and where i need to contact.

Sir I am a salary account member of SBI since 9 years I didn't taken any loan of SBI earlier still manager of SBI air force naliya Gujratis clearly denying to give personnel loan so plz take action immediately

Your A/C XXXXX308247 has a debit by transfer of Rs 290.00 on 27/03/17. Avl Bal Rs 2, 24, 342.78.Download [protected]@ http://goo.gl/qUlXqL. I got this sms today even though I have not withdrawn any money from my account neither have I done any online shopping. Can u tell me why are 290 Rs deducted from my account.

I have been receiving message from sbi
That message contains such as" OTP to add beneficiart a/c61xxxxxx535 is22193060.do not share it with anyone "plzz respond quickly
