State Bank Of India [SBI] — debit sweep account

To whom it may concern,
I use SBI online for personal banking. A lump sum amount of money has been Debit swept from my SBI account to mod account on 15th of may 2018. But I don't see that mod account to which the amount has been swept. The account statement shows the account number but does not display in personal banking.

I wrote to SBI but no response; called but no response. I would advise SBI to clarify this at the earliest.
