State Bank Of India [SBI] — Deduction of 1000 rs. without customer information.

Sir i was senctioned a personal loan of 300000 rs from s. b. i. korwa distt. amethi.in nov.2015 in this regard bank insured me a 1000rs. yearly primium in faver of loan. i have cleard the balance loan amount on 2/2/2017 but bank deduct a amount of 1000/= rs. on 4/2/2017 without my permision. so i request you to refund my 1000/= rs. as soon as possible.
