State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in disbursement of my home loan

I had applied for my home loan transfer of my home loan account in hdfc for rs. 29 lakhs. I had applied in jan 2017 and after completion all formalities my loan transfer was sanctioned in march 2017 @8.6%. I paid abot rs. 4800/- for the same

However, government revised the home loan interests in march and i asked whether my loan interests can be revised. I was informed by sbi executive that it is possible but they need my latest salary slip and bank statement for three months, which i sent them on mail immediately.

Thereafter i kept on chasing the bank to revise my loan sanction rates but they did not respond to my mail or calls. The executive handling my loan application informed that my application is being reprocessed and will be informed soon.

I waited for one month two month three month, and now they informed me that my loan sanction validity and all lawyers and valuation reports have expired and i will have to reprocess my loan application for which there will be extra charges.

This is a classic case of cheating and and deceiving customers. I paid rs. 4800/- and i got nothing.

I was not informed in the month of march that my loan cannot be reprocessed or otherwise could have taken the loan.

I want to sue the sbi branch for cheating harassment and deliberately delaying my loan
