State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in work and bad behaviour

Dear sir
I am a nri customer of sbi gho gha branch gujarat.
My atm card got damaged, i have applied for replacement card before one month the bank has deducted the charge on same day. Still now i did not receive my replacement card.
I have visited branch several times, i got answer you have to wait. When i met with branch manager by today... I got surprised answer. He said you have to visit branch every day until you get your card.

I have only one week to go back abroad. I request you to make prompt action to solve my problem and get my card before going abroad.

Neft to Hdfc bank done by sbi account cdr amrujkat amt. Rs.11637/- on 23.8.2017 vide neft utr ref.sbin[protected], neft ire3351596 is not received by me Ramesh sawatkar to hdfc account
