State Bank Of India [SBI] — Deposit account no is not showing

Sir/madam
I am an sbi customer with account no.-[protected] since november 2004 from dhenkanal branch, odisha. But presently working and staying in cuttack.

On oct-2016 rs 100000 was debited from my account no. [protected] to deposit account no.-[protected]. This deposit account is not showing up in my deposit account list in internet banking. I think this deposit account is virtually non existent and my 100000 rupees are nowhere to be found.

Note:
I have sent mails to sbi customer care branch like this. Also they have sent a complaint no.[protected], but not rectified yet. I'm really disappointed with your service.
I hope you consider it an important matter and will respond quickly.
