State Bank Of India [SBI] — deposit cash in cash deposit machine but amount not credit

Today i deposit cash in cash machine - hyderabad public school sbi branch (Branch code 02728) inr 4000 and suddenly transaction failed, and no receipt came out.

Error shows "invalid transaction" but money is not return back and i am not get any statement and message. Lot much of times i called to complaint desk also not responding properly.

What should i do! Is this customer service???

Sir I paid the amount of 7208 on 30. 03.18 to LIC and amount was deducted from my account but the amount rejected by LIC and till date I have not received my refund
