Dear sir,
I am having an savings bank account in sbi maroda utai branch, bhilai (Ifsc:sbin0006995), i have opened another savings account at bhilai plant area branch (Ifsc:sbin0002833) on the month of sept-2016, after that my cheques issued from maroda branch are continuously dishonoured giving the message (Connectivity failure). My three cheques dishonoured they are as follows.
Bajaj allianz dt-30.12.2016 amt - 6982 penalty - rs-250
L. I. C of india dt-02.05.2017 amt - 9411 penalty - rs-155
Oriental bank of com dt-24.07.2017 amt - 1000 penalty - rs-590
I have disscussed the matter to the branch manager, he told that due to c. I. F mismatch this is happening he told me to close one account. I have closed the plant area branch account on 19.07.17 after then also my cheque is dishonoured. I am paying penalty again & again without my fault i am helpless and i request you to please solve my problem and return back all the amount which i have paid against the penalty, please relief me from this mental disturbance.
