For sbi select+ credit card, two transactions happened on 26 december 2017 without
My knowledge of rs.98, 000/- & rs.25, 000/-. I raised a complaint to sbi (Having worst customer service) to resolve this dispute, whenever asking regarding the status they gave one statement that investigation under process.
After five months they came back saying that i am liable to pay the entire dispute amount.
For rs. 25000/- transaction card has only rs.23000 but they made the transaction successful and making the amount as rs.-2000/- (Negative).
I don't know how one can transact more than the limit provided.
May be sbi only involved in this process making such profits from the credit card holders.
I don't know whom to complain regarding this. They even didn't care about the transactions tried after exceeding the limit of the card.
