I was using your services to pay for indian e-visa (Application id: i024v0b6c517). The first attempt displayed failure and for the next 24h, indian immigration didn't receive the money. The second attempt were successful. However you charged my card for both transactions on 29.08.2017 and on 30.08.2017.
What's more, you didn't verify that these two payments were for the same payment identifier (Unique application id) and confirmed both payments as legit.
Additionally, another thing for your consideration: you provide a hotline for payment problems like this (+91 [protected])... Which is a special number, not accessible to be called from skype.
