State Bank Of India [SBI] — dr.250 rs from my account

I am Sonam D/O Sh.Ved Parkash
I have an account in SBI Huda comm.complex branch rohtak and 250 Rs debit from my account on 7th March by using debit card but transaction have failed and I have receive message after complaint to customer care that on 9th march this amount should be credited but i have received no amount.Please solve my problem and credit this amount in my account.

From past 5-6months, every month I have been debited 295rs.please refund the money as soon as possible and block my account from intrest intermedi for no future issues like this.
