I am Rakesh Arora and card no(protected).i have made the payment of bill on the due date during month of July 2018 and the Amt has been accepted by you on same date but still I have been charged for late fin of ₹2840+559 in current bill statement.though fault is not from my side kindly waive these charges

Dear sir, on 29.06.2018 i got message from sbi 6000 rupees withdrawal.but i didn't take any money.so i went to the branch office.i give a complain there is no response.kindly take this compliant.and give a good solution for me.Thank you.
