From, Kupendra Raju Home loan A/c [protected] Thro proper channel, To whom so ever it may concern. As per personal discussion with SBI concerned staff, it was informed to pay Rs 15530/- towards shift over charges for reducing the interest rate from existing 8.8% pa as applicable. But still as on date it is observed that the interest rate has not been reduced even after paying the amount of Rs 15530/-dtd 15/Feb/2017.
