State Bank Of India [SBI] — Extraordinary delay in transferring PPF Accounts even after closing to HDFC Bank

I and my family members had PPF Accounts with SBI Greater Kailash-I, Zamrudpur, New Delhi-110048 and we requested SBI on 09 JUN 21 to transfer these Accounts to HDFC Bank, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi Branch. Accounts were closed on 11 JUN 21 but despite active follow up, SBI has not transferred the Accounts to HDFC Bank till date. Total amount involved is Rs 1.49 Crores. We are unnecessarily losing interest.

We request you to direct SBI to transfer our said PPF Accounts to HDFC Bank Branch which is located about 3 Kms away from SBI Branch on priority and also direct SBI to pay interest for this period.
