I placed an order in jabong using netbanking and was charged 1581 for failed transaction (Transaction id [protected]) on the 29th of june, 2017. Jabong never received the payment and i called the sbi customer care and raised a complaint (No.[protected]). They emailed me stating "transaction initiated with reference number igabogbxm1 has been refunded to your account. We request you to kindly check your account statement for the same". I checked the statement and never received a refund, i emailed them my statement and they have never replied and i am still waiting from july 14, 2017. I need my money back
