Respected Concerning officer:
With respect to above mentioned title I Rameez K. Sumra, writing this complain for falsely charges being levied on my credit card. I used to have credit card from SBI. Couple of month’s back I lost my credit card and reported the same to SBI Customer care online, concerning to the matter they deactivated my credit card to stop misuse. I did ask to customer care officer that, “will I be charge after my deactivation of card??” reply was “NO”. In addition to that I did write an email to SBI (screenshots attached) that, do close my account and notify me for the same. I have not received mail from SBI but today when I randomly checked my credit card account and shockingly found that SIB had l have levied Annual Fee charges, which is against the nature as I do not have credit card yet this annual charges being levied on me, even after I have informed that with email and talked with their customer care officer. Kindly look into this matter and get the reverse the annual fee charges levied on me within 7 working days and do close my credit card account completely that I don’t need SBI credit card anymore.
If this matter is not resolved by the time specified above, I reserve the right to commence legal proceedings to recover the debt without further notice and this complain may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to pay. Legal action may result in you having to pay legal costs,
Please do reverse the charges and deactivate whatever concerning to me in my SBI credit card and do notify my for the same at earliest. (Note: please give me proper answer as my credit card cycle’s due date is 20th of each month and I need to solve this issue before it)
