Hello,
I am a sbi card hold. Card ending no:-3882. I want to share you a this which happened with me. I am a retire person. I was using SBI CREDIT CARD, from last 2 year.
From last 2 monthly my health was not & also I was suffering well so I delay to pay the outstanding balance.
My credit limit was 50000. As I paid more then Rs 1 lakh. As a interest.
Now money is not possible to pay the due which outstanding balance is Rs:24000.
So I said them to settlement.
But this SBI CARDS COLLECTION PEOPLE then don't want to problems of any other people's.
They only need of money from which they are getting commission.

I WANT TO DO SETTLEMENT BUT SBI CREDIT CARD IS NOT READY TO DO A SINGLE SUM OF SETTLEMENT.

I HAVE NO MONEY SO I CAN'T PAY MORE FOR YOU.

I AM FED WITH SBI CARD'S. I GOT A MILD ATTACK COZ OF SUCH THINGS.
IF ANY THINGS WILL HAPPENED WITH ME THEN WHO WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

I had logged chargeback complaint in March 2018 for wrong transaction of 21000 but even after 4 month the issue is still unresolved.

I have submitted my KYC form twice at SBI Bangalore VijayaNagar Branch (Branch code: 40231) 4 months back with changed address and phone number. And also submitted required documents.
