I Akhil Kaushik ordered a phone on Flipkart via my SBI VISA debit card of 8999 rs on 23/3/2017 at 10:30 am .but the transaction was cancelled despite having sufficient funds in my accountand the amount was deducted from my account.
I was eligible for 10%cashback for making a purchase via SBI debit card offer on Flipkart.
The amount is not refunded till the time of writing this e-mail.the customer care executives assure me that the whole amount will be refunded, but whom should I hold responsible for the financial loss to me as the 10% of the amount now i have to pay more after the refund?
as a customer i only have one obligation- to have sufficient amount in my account.Despite having sufficient funds why am i having this problem?
