While applying ib acio application form i have paid fee rs.600 my amount has been debited but application status shown payment pending so i paid one more time to clear then i informed to sbi help line no. 7 days later i have received a message my application status has been closed what the sbi help line customer service i formed merchant confirmed the payment. So please help to get my pament refund.Transaction id:dear customer, tx#[protected] for rs600.00 by sbidrcard x4393 at 80701999 on 09jan21 at 13:43:06.
