State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud atm

Dear sir, My self is Rakesh Kumar my father Krishan Ram account no [protected] sbi branch Bharari distt Bilaspur H. P. was hacked dated 12.07.2017 and withdrawal in different transaction total Rs. 47996. My father registered a complaint in branch. Bank manager told they have written for gateway to stop the payments. But till date there is no reply. I request you to sir please look into the matter. I hope you sir, you take a quick action. Thanks
