State Bank Of India [SBI] — Fraud takes place by otp on sbi card

Dear sir/madam,

I am a sbi credit card holder and today i requested for add on card. Today at 5.45pm i received a call [protected] from girl, she told me she is calling from customer care and she told my all details and after she offers a gift voucher on my add on card and she asking me otp and i told her otp for rs.4996/- then that amount deducted from my accounts. So i request you to please do not settle this transaction.
My credit card ending with 0445

Immediately block card by sending email to [protected]@sbicard.com and calling customer care number mentioned in card back.

Immediately Dispute the transaction and request for reversal of amout by sending email to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com.

Ask sbi card about trasaction details like Merchant Name contact details etc and lodge complain with Merchant also.

Lodge FIR against [protected] at local police station atleast email to Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of maharashtra.

Sir, I have get a personnel loan against my salary account no-[protected]. But I can not know the rate of interest.
Please inform me the same.

Bsi bank My account in the taking extra money I toking about information so not given any information & I have my bank account enough balance so way bounce my cheque cheque bounce after than taking money so I'm really very upset please help me

My ECS Mandate filled & sent by Vijaya Bank manager since last one month is not enabled inspite of requests by Vijaya Bank Manager & myself & hence unable to pay loan installment by ECS.
SBI Branch manager of KAPP branch is so busy, that in last one month, he has no time for checking mail & giving clearance for my ECS Mandate.
