I got a debit of rs. 500/- on[protected] stating "debit
Swoo [protected] 23-jun[protected] blon1266"

Can you tell me why it got debited as i have not done any transaction or else i will be force to contact local police of koramangala police station.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have been trying to reaching you out to deactivate my credit card but you guys are not responding neither you have option on your IVR for card cancellation.

I have paid my all balance and requesting you to cancel my credit card otherwise I won't be liable to pay any charges.

I am a farmer and have an agriculture land at Vangadhra, Talyka Vinchhiya and residing at Bhavnagar. I have not taken any loan but has paid premium for crop insurance in previous year ie 2017. For to know that insurance I am trying to concern branch from last five days, but no body is lifting receiver. What customer can do?.

My ATM Card was issued in jan. 2009 and work only a time & after some days I used my card but the code is not accepted by ATM machine. So please solve my Problem.
