Hi team,
From my sbi credit card four transaction has been made in aud currency that was not made by me and got call from sbi that some fraud transactions has been made from my card and it got blocked by them,
Since i have read many blogs about sbi card frauds that happened in aud currency then why sbi is not taking any action against these fraud, and not taking any precautions or introducing security on card even though i didn't got any otp to my number and even i have not shared my card detail and pin to anyone, so the question is how can some one has able to do transaaction without otp or card.
As these transaction has been made to recharge mobile number, so why enquiry team are not able to identify or track the person because no one will get mobile number without providing identity proof.
