State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent debited amount not refunded

I am holding a Savings Account in State Bank of India, Sarthebari Branch, Assam for the past two years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of rupees 3930 has been debited from my account on 6th May 2018 regarding an online transaction of OYO Hotels.
The transaction came to light when the hotel room was not booked due to some technical reasons and the debited amount was not refunded.
My account details are:

• Type of Account : Savings Bank Account
I am enclosing a copy of my account’s balance status which reflects the transaction number and other details of the fraudulent transaction.
I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money.
