State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent online transaction

Respected sir/madam,
I am group captain akula susheel kumar presently serving in indian air force. I am holding account in state bank of india delhi/hyderabad branches. Some fraudster has transferred amount from my sbi account to idfc first & itz cash bank accounts on 23 november 2019. I learnt about it through my sbi account statement. I registered a formal compliant with cyber crime cell, hyderabad (Telengana state), the details of sbi accounts and amounts withdrawn are as follows:-

(A) [protected] : sbi defence colony branch
(I) igahnajvq4 1, 000.00
(Ii) igahnajxf2 30, 000.00
(Iii) igahnagqi3 20, 000.00
(B) [protected] : sbi defence colony branch naredmet secunderabad
(I) igahnauqq8 7, 000.00
I complained to sbi and rbi but no action has been taken till now.

Please refer my complaint dated 17 April 2020 and your reply stating SBI customer support has been notified. My complaint has not been addressed yet. Request intervene. For your reference i am reposting my complaint.
