I am rising complaint against the sbi card regarding the fraudulent transaction on my sbi card ([protected]). I am not receiving any proper response from the bank.
There was a fraudulent transaction on my card on 28th march 2017 around 11:20 am i immediately registered a complained around 11:30 in the sbi customer care, but no immediate action was taken from your end. I have also registered the complaint with cyber cell complaint number 1050. Also all my details such as cvv number, card number, birth date, phone number etc was with the fraud people that mean there is a leakage of my data,
I received i call around 1:30pm on 28th march 2017 from sbi customer care, that we will try and send the email now to concern department hope that the amount gets back.
After 10-15 days i received a email from sbi that this case is not in your favour so you have to pay the amount, and the clarification for this was that you have received the sms of the transaction on your registered mobile nothing apart from that.
Obviously, it is a common sense that if transaction is done i will received the sms but my main concern why the account was not freeze immediately, in which the money was transferred. Also i have a concern that if i can receive on part of 4805 after 20 days of the complaint, why the other amount can’t as i think that sbi is also in between of this fraudulent transaction.
Also there was data leakage from sbi of my card number, mobile number, and cvv etc.
Bank is directly saying that i am liable to pay the amount.
Already now i have getting the harrasing call fromm the sbi bank on daily bank
