Dear sir/madam,
Fraudulent transaction took place on my credit card issued by sbi, without my approval payment was done. Now sbi is asking me to pay the outstanding, where as i have not done that transaction. It was informed to customer care and in fact customer care themselves informed me and asked me to block the card.
How come i am now responsible to pay the outstanding due to fraudulent transaction?? Was this information helpful? |
Mai sbi branch me apana 2time kyc form jama kar diya hun lekin abhi tak mughe koi confarmetion nahi aaya hai mai kyc form June me jama kiya hun accounts close hone ke wajah we mai paise jama nahi kar pa raha hun mo.no.[protected].
