State Bank Of India [SBI] — Fraudulent withdrawal of 20k from SBI Account

May 11 2020, 20k were withdrawn from my SBI Account wide ATM. The details of the same were immediately forwarded to SBI.
Since a year after repeated reminders there is no solution provided. The mail trails by myself along with the snap shots of transaction have been attached with the mails sent to grievance
SBI sent a form but when the form was submitted to the branch they informed us that this form is not valid at all and was just to sent with no reason or validity.
I have sent repeated mails, its been a year and no resolution of the problem.
I feel the fraudsters are happier and more benefited from SBI than the genuine account holders.
