State Bank Of India [SBI] — Full name not come in cheque

Actually I applied a new cheque book in SBI SANGAM Branch nellore dist but name in short form in cheques like G REDDY and only a single name. Actually i want names of RAMI REDDY G & MADHAVI LATHA G.This account is urgent for a salary account need above said joint full names in cheque book.
Till date i received three cheque books in the name of short and single name only.
Kindly consider this urgent and do the needful at the earliest.
