State Bank Of India [SBI] — Fund transfer not allowed due to LCPC Scrutiny

Dear Sir,

I opened a new current account with SBI on 23rd October and received the Netbanking access same month. Since then, I am trying to transfer funds, but it always shows "Debit not allowed with LCPC scrutiny"

On asking the Branch manager he said he will do the needful quickly
. but yet LCPC has not done the needful.

It's my new business started in middle of pandemic. I need to make payments, monthly living expenses, Rent etc. and all my funds are blocked with SBI.

My savings account is literally ZERO and I can do literally nothing.

Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
