Dear sir/madam,
10 august 2023, i made payment rs-14000/- from my bank sbi account (0227) to indian bank account holder through upi paytm. Unfortunately, i have input wrong digit number, but payment was successful to wrong account. Although the name i entered payment gateway of paytm and beneficiary's name was different. This payment's upi reference number is :[protected]
I have raised a complaint on paytm (12 august) ticket number: [protected]. Their resolution was that they provide only service they can't raise complaint.
I have also complaint on sbi customer care toll free no.[protected]. They resolved my issue by saying that you have to wait till 35 days. Complaint no.[protected]. I also have visited my home branch and have told about situation. They assured me to initiate the procedure but after some days no response. Again i wrote mail to [protected]@sbi.co.in on 16 august. They assured to give resolution within 7 days but no response. Complaint number[protected] apart from that i have complaint on npci but still no response.
